1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing VǪLVE (“the App”), you enter into a legally binding agreement with eShopDanmark. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Description of Service
VǪLVE is a technical tool for Information Extraction and Knowledge Synthesis. We provide a pipeline for users to digest digital information for personal productivity. eShopDanmark is a technology provider; we do not curate web content or publish original content.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
- Payment: Subscriptions are managed via the Google Play Billing System.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- EU Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with EU law, by starting the AI-synthesis service, you explicitly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content.
- Cancellations: You may cancel anytime via your Google Play account settings.
4. Prohibited Conduct (Acceptable Use)
You agree NOT to use VǪLVE to:
- Process illegal, harassing, or harmful content.
- Attempt to “jailbreak” or reverse-engineer the AI extraction pipeline.
- Scrape or extract data from sources in violation of their specific Terms of Service.
- Use the service in a manner that creates an excessive load on our infrastructure (e.g., automated spamming of the extraction engine).
5. AI Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- “As-Is” Output: VǪLVE utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs). AI can generate inaccurate or “hallucinated” information. Summaries are provided for informational convenience only.
- No Professional Advice: Synthesized content does not constitute financial, legal, or medical advice.
- Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law, eShopDanmark’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the last six months. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated summaries.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VǪLVE immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these terms or if your usage patterns pose a financial or security risk to our infrastructure.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Danish Law. Any disputes shall be settled in the exclusive jurisdiction of a danish court.
